This 1970’s Lakeway home is going through a complete transformation. We are rebuilding the house with a modern flare, adding a garage, and a 2nd floor. This one of a kind property is located on a quiet cove on Lake Travis and will be available in March 2015.
725 square foot game room, planning center and 3/4 bath addition. We remodeled and extended an exiting utility room and mudroom to a spacious 225 square feet of usable space with a computer desk, custom cabinets and a large pantry with multiple shelves and lighting. The game room has built in cabinets for audio/video components and bookshelves. There is an extra area for the pool table. The whole area is lit by numerous recessed cans to provide a wonderful place to relax. We also completed an outdoor living area with grill that is a great place to entertain guests.
A 200 square-foot metal shed converted to office space. We added a new roof and updated the framing to accommodate six new windows, a new back door, and a notch for the oak tree surrounding the shed. Spray foam insulation and a high-efficiency heat pump ensure the office is efficiently cooled and heated. The addition of a small front porch with an overhang provides architectural interest to the building, while the new back deck offers additional space for outdoor meetings.
